Children’s author Tom Palmer will be coming into school on Friday 1st December to spend the morning with our children and sharing some stories about him being an author and about the books he has written.

A parents meeting has been arranged on Thursday 16th Nov to learn more about our teaching of Maths and how children progress in their learning through school.

School is holding a parents meeting on Tuesday 14th Nov to learn more about schools teaching of Maths and how children progress in their learning through school.

Children can come to school in their own clothes on Friday 17th November to support Children in Need. Any donations for this charity is very much appreciated.

School will be supporting Odd socks day on Monday 13th November, where children can come to school with odd socks on.

Closed will be closed on Friday 27th October 2023 for a teacher training day.  School will reopen on Monday 6th November 2023.

The PTA have organised a Halloween Disco on Wednesday 25th October after school. Pay on the door. Children will get a drink a snack.

A school trip has been arranged for Year 5 to go the Jorvik centre in York. Its a trip with a difference, they are going on the train from Darlington to York.

Thursday 19th October children will be having their school photograph taken.

Parents evening will be held on Monday 16th and Tuesday 17th October.  More information in regards to letter and timings to follow.
