Wellbeing

If your child is anxious or worried about coronavirus (COVID-19), there are things you can do to help. And if they’re struggling with their mental health, the following advice can help you support them and keep them safe.

There’s a lot of uncertainty in the world at the moment. And there won’t always be answers to the questions your children are asking. But support is available to help you have these conversations in a safe and open way.

NSPCC – Depression, Anxiety and Mental Health – Information and guidance on how to help a child with anxiety or depression about the coronavirus.

Young Minds – advice for parents/carers about supporting children with a range of mental health problems.

Mind – The mental health charity have information and guidance about coronavirus and your wellbeing.
