Our annual Christmas Fair will be held on Friday 7th December from 2.00pm. Lots of Christmas goodies on sale together with refreshments. More information to follow

On Friday 16th November the Travelling Book Fair will be in school.  School will also be supporting Children in Need.  The children can come to school in non-uniform for a suggested donation of £1.00 which will go to Children in Need.

You are invited into school from 2.30 onwards to browse the book fair and enjoy a cup of tea and coffee with some cake.

A huge well done to our Football Team last night who won both matches with a 6-0 and a 1-0 victory! Well done Boys, we are very proud of you 🙂

The PTA will be holding its annual Macmillan coffee afternoon on Friday 28th September from 2.30 pm. All cakes donations will be greatly appreciated on the morning of the 28th. Please let us know if you are able to help out 🙂 Thank You

We are looking to recruit a Lunchtime Supervisor as Miss Allison has left her position. We wish her all the luck in her new job.

Please contact the school for an application form if you are interested in applying. The role involves working every day from 11.45 until 1pm.

Taylor Shaw have increased the price of school lunches to £2.05 per day from 4th September. Children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 still receive a free dinner paid for by thye Government. From Year 3 onwards they are to be paid for at £10.25 per week by ParentPay.  If your circumstances change at all please come and speak to Mrs Harrison as you may be entitled to free school meals.

The PTA – Friends of Kirk Merrington – will be hosting A MacMillan Coffee Afternoon on Friday 28th September from 2.30 pm.  Please come along and share a coffee and cake with us 🙂
